The hotel had good facilities in the room with a spa bath, but unfortunately, the leaking bathroom had affected the entire bed area. The male receptionist provided exceptional service and friendly manners, including laundry service. The location was in a nice quiet area, close to the train station for a quick trip into the city and conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping, and good parking. Dining was initially problematic with improperly cooked food, including inedible eggs served cold. Despite this, there were included savoury pies. The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms while lacking some key facilities.
